Q. How do I make a payment for a Live Kirana purchase?
A. We accept Cash at the time of delivery. Once you receive the order, please check all products. After you are satisfied that the products delivered are correct, you make payment in cash to our delivery executives. Please note that we do not accept food coupons.
Q. Does Live Kirana support
Credit/ Debit cards?
A. Currently, we do not support Credit/ Debit cards. However, we are working on adding Net Banking, Credit and Debit Card options very soon.
Q. Is there a credit policy for
A. Live Kirana does not offer a credit policy for subscriptions. Payments for your orders has to be made on the respective day of delivery.

Q. What is Live Kirana replacement policy?
A. We follow a "no questions asked replacement guarantee" at delivery point. At the time of delivery, if you find any discrepancies in your order or product damages, our delivery executives will take back the damaged product and adjust the order value accordingly.
Q. Till when can I cancel/ modify an order
on Live Kirana?
A. Live Kirana closes the receipt of orders and modification of orders till 4 p.m. of every day for same day.
Q. Are there any cancellation charges?
A. We totally respect your choices and do not charge you for any cancellation before the order is packed. We do hope that you would give us a chance to serve you soon.
Q. How are the Live Kirana orders delivered?
A. All Live Kirana orders are packed in bag before delivery. Food products are packed separately from household products. We have our own logistics network to deliver the orders to your doorstep.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. We charge nothing for delivery. We have a minimum order value of Rs. 100 for a free delivery.
Q. Do i need to register before I start
A. No, It's not necessary to register before you start shopping. You can just add items to your cart button and start shopping.
